Nc’nean
Nc’nean is a new highland single malt and the only distillery in Scotland to be producing all organic product, as well as the first female founded distillery in Scotland. They are also the highest rated B-Corp company in the food and beverage sector. Nc’nean Cask Strength is matured in a mix of ex-bourbon, STR cask and oloroso sherry casks.
Wolfburn
Wolfburn is a highland single malt, established in 2013 on the site of the old Wolfburn distillery which was demolished in the mid 1800’s. Wolfburn 10yr is full matured in oloroso sherry casks.
Single Cask Nation – WOLF Island
Single Cask Nation is an American independent bottler founded in 2011, focusing on scotch whiskies and bottling in the classic style. WOLF Island is a rare larger release from SCN, bringing together six casks of whisky from an undisclosed island distillery, made in partnership with the Water Of Life Film.
Every year at our Scottish Festival & Highland Games, the Chicago Scots feature a family or an organization as our Honored Clan. This year, to recognize and celebrate its’ strong Scottish roots, our Honored Clan is Rotary International. We are proud to announce that Rotary International’s Scottish President, Gordon McInally has agreed to lead our Parade of Tartans at 12:30 p.m. Gordon will also receive the Salute to the Chieftain from the Massed Pipe Bands at approximately 6.30pm on Saturday, June 15, 2024.
